Recently there have been some rumours floating around that Google would be launching their Google Nexus smartphones under the Google Pixel brand in the future, however, we haven’t had a date for that yet.

That said, according to a recent report by Android Police, Google will be announcing these new Google Pixel smartphones on October 4th, with a number of Pixel devices rumoured to be announced.

These devices are said to include the Pixel and the Pixel XL, however, the report suggests that these will not be the only new devices announced.

Android Police also states that they may launch a new 4K Chromecast, a Daydream VR device, and Google Home devices.

According to rumours, the Pixel will feature a 5-inch display and the Pixel NL will feature a 5.5-inch display, aside from that, all we have heard is that they will also come with Google’s latest mobile OS, Android 7.0 Nougat.

As soon as we hear more official news, we will let you know. In the meantime, you can read the report at the source link below.
