There’s something about a gramophone that just screams cool, and with Bluetooth it has to be even better, right?

Well that’s what the Kickstarter project Gramovox hopes people will think anyway, today revealing their project to release the world’s first Bluetooth gramophone, bringing looks based on the Magnavox R3 horn speaker that was first released in the 1920s, alongside a vintage sound that can only be created by a gramophone.

The horn has been designed to amplify the music that is generated from the walnut wood base, providing a great sound thanks to the horns steel and brass construction.

The Gramovox will also feature Bluetooth 3.0 technology, allowing users to wirelessly stream audio from any compatible device, with a 30 foot range and a 15 hour battery life. There’s also support for a 3.5mm stereo input cable, and the speaker can be charged via a micro-USB port at the back.
