There’s also a colour and white combination option of this B22 bulb, which features up to 600 lumens at 4000K, with all of the available white shades and 16 million colour options.

Philips Hue white ambience E14 Candle

The Philips Hue white ambience E14 Candle is the latest of the Philips Hue bulb, featuring an E14 screw fitting and a 6W LED output that is equivalent to 40W.

The new candle bulb is also capable of delivering more than 50,000 shades of white, ranging from warm to cool white, along with a lumen output of 470lm at 4000K.

You may know it as the B39.

Philips’ range of Hue white ambience lights has been designed to provide you with full white colour lighting controls.

In particular, the A19/E27 version of this bulb comes with a 10W power output with a brightness of up to 800 lumens at 4000K, with the capability of delivering more than 50,000 shades of white.

It can also be dimmed and controlled wirelessly.

There’s also a colour version of this white ambience light bulb

The exact same form factor as the white ambience version, this A19/E27 screw fitting bulb is capable of slightly brighter output, at up to 806 lumens at 4000K. It is a 10W LED bulb.

It has all shades of white plus 16 million colours. A newer version was released in recent times, with a richer colour palette.

If you have an older Hue system you might find some of the colours do not match the first generation bulbs.

Philips Hue white extension bulb A19/E27

The A19/E27 Philips Hue white extension bulb is the most common bulb that you will find around the house.

It features an A19/ E27 screw fitting along with a power output of 9.5W and an A60 form factor.

It also comes with a light output of 806lm, but cannot change it’s colour or white tone, meaning that it will stay at the same colour temperature of 2,700K warm white, but can be both dimmed and controlled remotely.

Philips Hue white ambience extension bulb GU10

The GU10 version of the Philips Hue white ambience extension bulb has been designed for use with spot lights.

The bulb features two locking pins and has been designed to sit recessed into a ceiling or spot lamp.

The bulb can deliver 5.5W of power, with a brightness output of up to 300 lumens at 4000K, with more than 50,000 shades of white available from warm to cold temperatures.

You can dim and control this bulb wirelessly like the other versions.
