Back at E3 last year Microsoft announced their new project to release a set of TV series designed for the Xbox. One of those and probably the one that will be the most popular (especially since the project has now been dropped) is the Halo: Nightfall series.

The show will take from the story of the Halo game series with a number of recognisable weapons and enemies from the game, on top of that the series will also link to the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians game that will be released in 2015, with the TV series set to arrive alongside Halo: The Master Chief Collection on November 11th.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection will include a number of the old Halo games including Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2 Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 4 and the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta, all which will be designed specifically for the next-generation Xbox One console.

Before that time you can check out the new trailer for Halo: Nightfall above.
