Last week Microsoft revealed that they planned to compete with the Amazon Echo home assistant, with plans to get their Cortana personal assistant in your home, as well as on your phone.

They didn’t reveal any details last week, but thankfully we do know some now.

That’s because Harman Kardon has revealed a new partnership with Microsoft to reach these plans.

This comes with the teaser of a new audio product that looks very similar to the Amazon Echo, but is using Harman Kardon’s audio design, and Microsoft’s Cortana.

It also looks to feature a display at the top, however, due to the teaser being only 30-seconds, we don’t know much about it.

Take a look at it below.

It will be interesting to see the Cortana home assistant devices, the market definitely needs a high-end competitor, and Microsoft could definitely do that with Cortana, considering the recent updates to the assistant.

As soon as we hear more we will let you, Harman Kardon has yet to reveal any pricing or availablity, but the speaker is set to be debuted in 2017.
