If you’re interested in recording gameplay footage you might be interested in a new device from Hauppauge called the Hauppauge HD PVR Pocket game recorder, which will allow users to record gaming footage onto a USB drive on the go.

The recorder is capable of storing around 4 hours of HD 1080p video on a 16GB drive, and the recorder also includes a built-in microphone jack and an audio mixer, allowing you to record and adjust volumes before you upload the actual video.

You can use the Hauppauge Capture application to upload your recorded video to YouTube once you are ready.

The Hauppauge HD PVR Pocket game recorder will be available from November 15th, priced at around $169 in the US.
