Today Hive updated this line of devices with the announce two new lightbulb models for this range, providing new lighting options for you to use.

The first of these is the colour changing bulb, which is capable of lighting up in the full RGB and white spectrum, allowing you to choose any colour that you want and use it to set the mood that you want.

These are available now for £44 a bulb, £119 for a three bulb pack, £159 for a three bulb starter pack with a Hive Hub, or £179 for a five bulb pack.

On top of this colour changing bulb, Hive also unveiled a new bulb that can change from a warm white (2700K) to a daylight cool (6500K).

Both of these bulbs are A+ energy rated, with 240 and 230 degree beam angles respectively.
