HTC have today heard a response from the Court of Appeal, who have now granted the company a stay on the injunction that was set against their products, allowing them to immediately resume shipping the HTC One family in the UK.

HTC have also said that customers should also “feel confident in their ability to promote and sell all HTC devices”.

However the case hasn’t ended yet, and when the case goes back to the court once more, the handset could end up being banned yet again, even though HTC have said that they are planning to “aggressively appeal the validity decision of Nokia’s EP 0 998 024 patent”, as well as continuing to work with their chip suppliers for alternate solutions.
