HTC have today finally announced the device that has been known as the HTC Zara for some time now, actually called the HTC Desire 601, the new Android smartphone will sit under the HTC One Mini, but will still feature the same Sense software that is featured in the HTC One, including both BlinkFeed and BoomSound.
In terms of specs, the HTC Desire 601 has a dual-core 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, with dual front-facing speakers, a 4.5 inch display with a 960 x 540 pixel resolution.
There’s also a 5 megapixel sensor with a f/2.0 aperture and 28mm lens, so will not feature HTC’s UltraPixel technology.
It will however feature 4G support.
There’s no word on pricing or availability yet.
