As rumoured, Huawei has announced its own wearable dubbed the TalkBand B1 at Mobile World Congress. An announcement that comes alongside a range of new 4G devices, the biggest being the MediaPad X1 which is a 7 inch tablet.

The TalkBand B1 features a 1.4 inch OLED display, providing information from your smartphone and allowing you to take calls from your wrist.

The band also features Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, dual mics and a 7 hour talk time, with 2 weeks of standby battery life, and a range a fitness features that allow the user to keep track of their steps and calories, as well as a sleep monitor.

The band is also IP7 water-resistant.

The Huawei TalkBand B1 will launch initially in China , with a wider rollout planned for Q2 2014, the band will be priced at €99 and will be available in a range of colour options.
