Huawei is looking for owners of the Honor 7 in the UK to beta test Android 6.0 Marshmallow ahead of its official public release.

Those who have been selected will be the first of those to use the Marshmallow upgrade, which also comes with Huawei’s new EMUI 4.2 user interface.

This was first announced on Twitter, where the company asked users to fill out a form and register their interest in the beta test, to do so users simply need to provide their name, email address, IMEI number and their handset’s build number.

We don’t know how many people Huawei will select for the test, but if you do get in you should note that like any beta software, it’s not finished which means that the software will likely contain bugs and could even render important features of the software unusable.
