Despite not being released yet, the people at iFixit have already completed their tear-down of the next generation console. Upon opening which, the first thing that’s viewable is the motherboard, under which is a housed Blu-Ray drive and a 2.5 inch SATA II hard drive, all of which pretty much resembles the inside of a PC.

However this does mean better repairability, with a replaceable SATA II hard drive, as well as easily accessible parts and components.

Overall this resulted in a score of 8 out of 10 for repairability from the iFixit team, making it equal to that of the PlayStation 4 in terms of repairing it, but not in terms of size.
