Intel and Fossil Group announced a partnership back in September 2014, until today not much has come from it, but now we know that the partnership will form to create a new fashion-focused smartwatch running an Android Wear and launching in October 2015.

The news was announced during the Intel Developer Forum, but unfortunately they did not reveal a name for the smartwatch, but did provide a quick preview.

Showcasing a silver-finish that looks similar to the Moto 360, even featuring a black bar at the base of the watch.

They also revealed plans a connected bracelet and a connected watch, we don’t know what these will do exactly, or when they will be released.

There’s no word on how much these Fossil smart devices will cost either, but we expect that new details might come at some point in September or the start of October, possibly even at IFA 2015.
