Recently there has been a few parts of the iPhone 5 leaked, last week it was the home buttons, this week it’s apparently the iPhone 5’s SIM tray, which has  been ‘leaked’ by the parts reseller sw-box.

From the pictures we can see the same sort of design that has come with the iPhone 4 and 4S, using a microSIM tray instead of the recent nano-SIM technology Apple has been trying to introduce, but just because it looks the same as that on the iPhone 4/4S it doesn’t mean there won’t be a redesigned phone released, which is obviously what everyone wants this time around after getting bored with same design within the 4 and 4S.

Some readers of MacRumors have pointed out that there as some differences between this tray and the tray used in the iPhone 4/ 4S, one of these is a slight tapering of the metal frame pieces, which you can see from the comparison table below that the iPhone 4/ 4S tray does not have this.

Alongside that there is an extra metal shelf which is not used in current tray, this still doesn’t mean these images aren’t faked but SW-BOX.com and it’s supplier have said they are genuine so as usual we will just have to wait and see.
