Earlier you may have heard that the carrier, Everything Everwhere was approved to start providing customers with 4G LTE earlier than anyone else, well sources close to Pocket Lint have suggested that the next-gen iPhone will work exclusively with the network as it will be the only provide using that bandwidth.

However their sources also suggested that Apple could also support the 800MHz band at some point in the future, of course all Apple has to say to this and any other rumor is the usual, “we don’t comment on rumours and speculation”.

The iPhone 5 which is expected to be unveiled on September 12th, will indeed support the 1800MHz spectrum band that will finally bring the UK 4G, which if true would defiantly be cause for Vodaphone to be a little more pissed off.
