Jabra has today announced their latest speaker to hit the shelves, called the Jabra Solemate Max, it carrys on from the Solemate Mini speaker which was unveiled last September, featuring a similar rugged design.

Created with the aim to allow users to stream music over the air, the Solemate Max has the capability to stream music over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and connect to devices quickly using NFC. This music is then played through the Max’s two sets of tweeters and two woofers that have been packed into the 302mm x 102mm x 138mm form factor.

The Max also features Digital Sound Processing, an omni directional mic with noise filtering, AVRCP and Dolby technology.

Inside you will also find an integrated speakerphone and a 3.5mm port to connect devices that aren’t as modern, as well as a battery that is said to last 14 hours talk time, 400 hours on standby and 14 hours when streaming music.

Pricing and availability is yet to be announced for the Jabra Solemate Max, but we do know it will launch sometime in the fourth quarter of this year.
