If you remember quite a long time ago Apple and Samsung were involved in a court case over issues they had, which ended with Samsung’s Galaxy Tab getting banned more or less across the world one of those countries was Australia, but from today Samsung will be able to launch the tablet in this country provided it keeps all of its sales records for the tablet.

Apple will be able to appeal against this decision, with the court allowing Apple’s request for the injunction to stay in place until the 2nd of December at 4 pm. A full hearing on the matter is scheduled for March next year if Apple wins it could result in a permanent injunction against Samsung’s tablet in Australia.

What do you think? Who should win this case when it’s finally over?
