Today Kickstarter has launched their own live streaming platform.

Called Kickstarter Live, the service will allow backers/ potential backers to watch streams with the creators of a product directly through the existing Kickstarter platform.

It has been in beta testing for a few months now, but is now ready to be launched to the public thanks to the help of the Vancouver-based video software startup Huzza.

In the livestreams, viewers will be able to ask questions of the hosts, as well as select rewards and back a project right from the livestream. Kickstarter also plans to expand this with more features in the coming months.

Kickstarter Live is now available to check out on Kickstarter’s landing page, where you can find a schedule of upcoming streams.

You can check out that landing page at the source link below.
