At CES 2017 today, Kingston unveiled what they claim to be “the world’s highest capacity USB Flash drive”.
Called the Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate GT, which will be available in 1TB and 2TB configurations with a sleek design that has been built with a shock-resistant zinc-alloy metal casing.
To top that off, it is a USB 3.1 drive so it should be pretty fast.
Kingston says that the 2TB mobile should be capable of holding up to 70 hours of 4K video, which is pretty impressive from such a small USB flash drive at 72mm x 26.94mm x 21mm.
It is also compatible with Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7 (SP1), Mac OS v.10.9.x+, Linux v.2.6.x+, Chrome OS.
Kingston hasn’t revealed pricing details for the flash drive just yet, however, they did reveal that it will be shipping in February 2017.
