Today some new specifications were leaked for what looks to be the Moto Z2 Play on Geekbench, these specifications come ahead of the phone’s official announcement and show it with a 2.21Ghz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor, and 4GB of RAM.
The page on Geekbench also shows it as running Android 7.1.1.China’s mobile certification agency, TENAA also added until this leaked spec list, reporting that the phone will measure 156.2 x 76.2 x 5.99mm and weigh 145g.
They also posted a few photos of the yet-to-be-announced smartphone, showing it in both black and white finishes.
To top that off, we have previously heard that the smartphone will have a 5.49-inch OLED display with a Full HD, 1,920 x 1,080-pixel resolution, alongside 64GB of storage, a 12-megapixel sensor and TENAA also listed it with a 2,820mAh battery.
Interestingly though, Lenovo did accidentally reveal more information in a tweet, posting that it would have a 3,000mAh battery, we are not sure which one is correct, however, it could be different for different regions.

As of right now, that’s about all that we know, however, we are sure that we should hear some more information within the next month or so.
