At Mobile World Congress today, Lenovo have announced the new Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, the successor to the original Yoga 10 that was first released in October 2013.

The tablet features a 10 inch 1920×1200 Full HD display, 1.6GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 2GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.5MP front-facing camera, 16/32GB of storage, microSD card support for up to 64GB of extra storage and a 9000mAh battery that is said to offer an 18 hour battery life.

There’s also the optional to add 3G compatibility.

As with any Yoga tablet, the tablet also features a Smart Display that will automatically adjust the image quality and ambient light on the screen, with three viewing modes that allows you to hold, tilt and stand the tablet.

There will also be a Bluetooth keyboard cover, coloured sleeves and a MiraCast Dongle accessory that will add extra accessories.

The Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ will launch in April starting from £349.

Alongside the tablet, Lenovo also announced five new applications to launch on Android, called SHAREit, SECUREit, SYNCit, SNAPit and SEEit.

SHAREit allows users to access a single place the move pictures, video, music and documents to other devices either through WiFi or Bluetooth, working with Android, iOS and Windows.

SECUREit is a piece of security software that alerts users to viruses and other spam items, with anti-theft technology that will require a potential thief to enter a password should the SIM card be removed.

SYNCit will also allow you to back up texts, photos and more to the cloud and recover it on any Android device.

SNAPit is software for your camera that will offer burst and panoramic photo taking functionality, and finally SEEit will add a new gallery that allows the user to categorise photos, add filters to images and share images with friends.
