Alongside their new Yoga laptop, Lenovo unveiled a new convertible notebook at the MWC 2017 event this week.

It has been named the Lenovo Flex 5 and has been confirmed for release in May 2017 from $800 in the US. They confirmed that they will be offering two versions of this new Lenovo Flex 5 notebook.

This includes the 14 and 15-inch versions of the notebook, however, Lenovo only revealed details for the 14-inch version of this new laptop.

That version of the notebook will feature a display that has a 1,920 x 1,080-pixel resolution, with an Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake processor that is supported with up to 16GB of RAM.

You can also fit it out with up to 512GB of PCIe solid state storage, or a 1TB of SATA hard drive store, or a hybrid storage solution that offers a 128GB PCIe SDD and a 1TB SATA HDD.

The laptop also comes with 1 x USB Type-C port, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 1 x HDMI port, and Ethernet connectivity.

It will be released in three different finishes, including black, silver, and gold.
