This is the reveal that they have something interesting to announce at their Tech World event on June 9th, when they are expected to announce a consumer Project Tango-enabled smartphone.

However, it seems that’s not all.

Leaked by HelloMotoHK, it was today revealed that Lenovo-owned Motorola will also unveil a device at the event via an invite that was leaked today.

This comes alongside a trademark for “Moto Z”, which was passed by the US Patent Office and spotted by DroidLife, which could confirm that Motorola will unveil the new Moto Z line of smartphones at the event.

VentureBeat’s Evan Blass has previously claimed that Motorola will be releasing the Moto Z Style and Moto Z Play phones as part of this. Both will come with attachable backplates and swappable functionality according to Blass.

It is expected that these modules will be called MotoMods and will include the Pico projector, stereo speakers, a camera grip and a zoom lens.

According to rumours, the Moto Z Style will feature a 5.5-inch display with a SnapDragon 820 processor and a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera.

The Moto Z Style is said to feature a SnapDragon 625 processor, 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a Full HD display.
