LG and Google have today unveiled a new partnership, announcing a Google Play edition of the LG G Pad 8.3.

Featuring the same specs as the version that was first unveiled in September, the tablet features an 8.3 inch Full HD IPS WUXGA display with a 1,920 x 1,200 pixel resolution at 273 ppi, with a 1.7GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 16GB in-built storage with microSd card expandability, a 4,600mAh battery, Wi-Fi support, a 5MP rear-camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera.

The LG G Pad 8.3 also runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.

The Google Play Edition of the LG G Pad 8.3 will be available in Indigo Black in the US for $349.99. Availability in other countries is yet to be announced.
