Today the Korean-based news outlet ET News posted a report that claims the official launch dates for some of this year’s most anticipated flagship smartphones.

According to the report from ET News, the LG G6 will reportedly be launched in South Korea on March 10th with a pre-order window from March 2nd-9th.

It has been rumored that LG will be revealing the LG G6 at Mobile World Congress this Sunday, February 26th.

On top of this, the site stated that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will go on sale on April 21st. Previously we have heard that the S8 will be unveiled at an event in New York on March 29th.

This will mark the first time that an LG flagship has gone on sale before Samsung’s.

According to ET News, Samsung may attempt to grab some attention back by opening pre-orders for the Galaxy S8 early should the reception for the G6 be high.

It will certainly be interesting to see these new smartphones, which we expect to see more about during or after MWC 2017, at which point we will be sure to update you.
