Ahead of its press event, LG has today unveiled its plans to try creating a fitness tracker once more, dubbed the Lifeband Touch, the tracker will feature a new OLED touch display that will allow users to not only track their calorie consumption and steps walked, but also check notifications from their phone, accept incoming calls and control music playback.

The tracker will also use Bluetooth 4.0 to connect to iOS and Android devices, as well as being waterproof.

Aside from that we don’t know too much else, we expect to hear more official stuff at the LG press event tomorrow however.
