This week Logitech announced a couple of new gaming headsets, adding the new Logitech G433 7.1 and the Logitech G233 Prodigy to their gaming headset lineup.
These new headsets have been designed to offer a new design and feature for those who are looking for better audio when gaming.
They feature a design that is “extremely lightweight, comfortable and durable” according to Logitech, along with a more stylish design than what you might find with other gaming headsets because it has been built with sports mesh fabrics, allowing the headsets to look great while they are on while providing a sleek feel and great performance underneath.
The fabrics are similar to that which is used by the sports apparel and shoe industry, providing both better durability. They are also offered with a number of colours, including Royal Blue, Fire Red, Triple Black, and a “special” Camo Blue.
The G433 will feature this fabric design all over with a number of colour options, including Royal Blue, Fire Red, Triple Black, and a “special” Camo Blue. Whereas the G233 only features this fabric on the earcups and on the underside of the headband.
The G433 will also come with support for DTS Headphone:X 7.1 for full surround sound tech that accurately replicates a 7.1 speaker placement and audio positioning according to audio positioning. Both also have a removable boom microphone and will work with PCs, the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4, the Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices.
They will be sold exclusively through Best Buy in North America, the Logitech G433 will be priced at $109.99 and the Logitech G233 will be priced at $79.99. They are also available in the UK, the G433 will be priced at £109 and the G233 will be priced at £79.99
