Today Logitech has today revealed the release its G Pro keyboard, which is a new mechanical keyboard that has been aimed at the pro gamer market, designed in conjunction with various people from the eSports community, including Cloud9’s CS:GO team.

This keyboard comes with something that Logitech is calling “tenkeyless”, but does not include a numeric keyboard allowing it to be more compact.

It also takes advantage of Logitech’s Romer-G switches, which they claim to have a 25% faster actuation than the average mechanical keyboard.

The keyboard has also been reinforced with a steel backplate and comes with RGB lighting that allows the keys to be individually lit over 16.8 million colour options.

Finally, the keyboard comes with on-board memory that allows you to save the lighting patterns that you have set, and the cable for the keyboard can be detached, should you choose to.

It’s available now from a number of retailers for £130 in the UK or $130 in the US.
