After originally announcing it back in October of last year, Logitech has today confirmed that the UE Mini Boom portable speaker is now available in Europe, priced at around £79.

The speaker features a battery that can last up to 10 hours, as well as support for a Bluetooth connection from up to 50 feet away, allowing the user to stream audio from any Bluetooth capable device in a range of environments and situations, simply sit the speaker down in one room and walk around the house with your device changing tracks as you go.

Alongside the streaming capabilities, the Ultimate Ears Mini Boom speaker can also be paired with another UE Mini Boom speaker wirelessly, allowing users to expand music playback around the house.

To connect the two speaker the user simply downloads the free UE Mini Boom app for iOS or Android, and follows a set of on-screen pairing instructions.

There’s also a micro-USB port for charging, as well as a metal frame with rubber casing, making it extremely durable.

The UE Mini Boom speaker is available now from Apple Stores around Europe as well as on Apple’s European website from today for £79 (other retailers will also be stocking the speaker soon), and is available in orange, purple, red, yellow and black.
