Dropbox has today launched the public beta for their new Mac version of the app Mailbox, bringing the extremely popular iOS and Android mail app to the desktop for the first time after it originally launched earlier last year.

The beta version of Mailbox for Mac will have support for drafts and will include the ability to snooze messages, however aside from that the main feature of the software is the design of it.

However as of yet, you need to get an invite to join the beta.

“We’ll be sending you a small attachment that we call a betacoin. This coin will unlock your copy of Mailbox for Mac and turn on the mobile ‘snooze to desktop’ feature,” Mailbox revealed in their blog post.

In order to get into the beta you first need to request something called a “Betacoin” from Mailbox’s website here.

You can find out more about the launch by reading the blog post at the source link below.
