If you’re a PC user it’s hard not to be jealous of Apple’s Mac Pro design, however, that is something that is currently unobtainable if you don’t want to use the Mac platform.

That may change from today as a new circular PC case has this week been launched on Kickstarter, created by Alexander Gomez and ‘inspired’ by Apple’s circular computer design.

This case is called DUNE, which will be constructed using aluminium, and is compatible with small form factor hardware such as mini-ITX, solid state disks and mini graphics cards.

It’s currently looking to raise $130,000 on the Kickstarter platform to get into production, offering backers a case with pledges from $129.

One thing to note is that we don’t yet know if this is something Apple will be unhappy about, and it is possible that they may claim their copyright on this product, just note that before you back.
