If you are looking to turn your TV or monitor into a computer easily then you want a mini PC stick, and if you’re looking for one that runs Ubuntu then you might not want to look further than the new MeLE PCG20U.

Not only does it cost just $70, feature a small compact design and pack Ubuntu into that form-factor, but it is also extremely orange.

Created by the Chinese manufacturer MeLE, it is the first Ubuntu product from the company, featuring an Intel BatTrail Z3735F processor, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

It’s also completely fanless, with an external antenna for 802.11n/g/b WiFi, and a 10/100 Ethernet port for a wired connection that is placed alongside a single USB port.

It’s not something that you are going to get a lot out of, considering the processor, however it should be good enough to do a bit of internet browsing or media consumption.

Sadly there is only one USB port, and that USB port is 2.0, not 3.0. It also comes running Ubuntu 14.04 operating system, instead of the recently released 16.04 version.

That all said it is priced at just $70, so if you need something simple to watch videos on your TV easily, it might be a better option than something like the Chromecast, which is within a similar price bracket.
