Microsoft has today announced the release of yet another Nokia branded phone, dubbed the Nokia 215 it is a new budget handset that marks one of the latest phones to be released after Microsoft acquired the Nokia phone’s division.

The Nokia 215 also features some budget specs, including a 2.4 inch QVGA screen and the Nokia 30+ operating system which means you won’t be playing intensive games or using apps soon. You will however have access to the Opera Mini web browser however.

The phone also has 2G connectivity which is accessible in the two offered versions of the Nokia 215, one that has a single SIM card slot, and a second with two SIM card slots.

Microsoft Devices have stated that the Nokia 215 will be making its way to select European markets in early 2015 alongside a number of places in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

When it does launch the Nokia 215 will be priced at just £30 and will be available in green, black and white.
