Back at E3 2013, Microsoft announced its plans to air television shows specifically for the Xbox, with Steven Spielberg creating the first series in the form of a Halo adaptation.
But now according to Bloomberg, Microsoft will also be airing six other shows on Xbox TV, ranging from sci-fi to comedy, all with a reported large budget.
According to the site, Sarah Silverman has already signed up to make her own sketch show, alongside Seth Green, who will be producing a stop-animation comedy for the channel. Humans will also hit the application, due in 2015 it is being co-produced with Channel 4 and will be based on a Swedish thriller about human-robot workers.
There will also be a show created to arrive with the World Cup, called Every Street United.
Alongside that, Microsoft is also said to have plans to live broadcast the Bonnaroo music festival this July, shortly after being followed by a documentary series from the makers of Searching for Sugar Man.
