Microsoft has today finally released an app for its Outlook application on both iOS and Android.

Based on Acompli, an email startup that Microsoft acquired at the end of last year and allows users to access a number of cool email features.

These include a unified view of their emails, calendars, contacts and attachments as well as a number of gestures to allow for quick actions to work with your email, allowing users to swipe to delete, archive or schedule messages to handle later.

Users can also view their calendars from the app, share available times and schedule meetings right from the app.

Users can also attach files from their email, OneDrive or Dropbox accounts.

Microsoft has said that they will use the new apps to replace their current range of Outlook apps at some point in the near future.

You can find the download links for both the iOS and Android apps below.
