At their Image event today, Microsoft not only unveiled some of the new things that will be coming to Windows 10, but also some new hardware.

During a section of the show, they showed how they have been getting on with their Microsoft HoloLens headset, and how it can interact with the new 3D features that exist in the Creators Update of Windows 10.

One interesting announcement that came from this was that Microsoft would be working with a number of PC partners to ship VR headsets in 2017 for just $299.

Microsoft said that these partners will include Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, and Acer, however, they did not reveal any specific details about any upcoming headsets, we expect to hear more about that soon.
