You all should recognize the current Windows logo, which has been hanging around Windows-based software for the past 25 years, well that logo is no more, as Microsoft has today unveiled a new look to its logo.
The new logo includes a new multicolored cube next to the usual Microsoft text, this new logo is obviously to unify their new Windows 8 eco system which joins Windows Phones, Xbox’s and PCs together.
Microsoft’s Jeff Hansen has said the new logo has been designed to “signal the heritage but also signal the future — a newness and freshness.”

I’m sure we will see a lot more of the new logo over the next few months, especially since Windows 8 and the Surface tablet will be hitting stores this October.
