This was all revealed by the game’s designer Robert Cogburn, who revealed that all of the future DLC maps and modes will be available for free to all players, however, the game will offset this with microtransactions for things like vanity and gameplay items, however, Cogburn did say that they will also be obtainable via gameplay.
On top of that, Uncharted 4 will include a number of weapons, boosters and more, all of which can be unlocked by spending Relics, which can be earned by completing challenges of winning matches, for the option of buying Vanity or Gameplay chests for the reward of randomised content.
These will also be unlockable with real money.
There will also be an Uncharted 4 Triple Pack available for $25, this will include the Uncharted 4 single-player expansion, alongside a total of two multiplayer packs, which will include the following:
MP Pack #1
- Long Gun
MP Pack #2
And that’s not all, Naughty Dog actually has some pretty big plans for the game from summer through to spring 2017, which they revealed in the following image:
Uncharted 4 will be available exclusively on the PlayStation 4 from May 10th.
