Netflix is pretty huge, so many people worldwide check the latest every month making it one of the most popular streaming services around.

Today they revealed just how popular the service was, announcing that for the first time Netflix now has more than 104 million subscribers as part of their earnings report for the second quarter of 2017.

This is the first time that Netflix has ever surpassed 100 million subscribers, with a total of 5.2 million new members added in the quarter.

On top of that awesome news, Netflix also revealed their revenue for the second quarter, which was a massive $2.79 billion, which is much higher than originally expected.

This is probably thanks to Netflix’s continued dedicated to Netflix Original content, which has been recently updated with new series releases for Orange is the New Black, House of Cards, and many others.

There’s also a range of new content releases.

However, competition is growing against Netflix.
