According to latest leaks from VentureBeat, we now know what the Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch will look like ahead of its announcement, after a set of new screenshots from a promotional video leaked this weekend.

Alongside which they also claim to know the wearable’s specs, stating that it will feature a 3 inch display, 4 megapixel camera, built-in speakers and a lightweight yet “clunky” wristband, which they say is a bit on the larger side.

The site also claims that the watch will support Samsung’s S Voice commands as well as include pre-installed health apps for tracking the heart rate and calories of a user, as well as a pedometer.

Claiming to have seen a prototype, they say they weren’t allowed to take pictures of the device itself, but did grab a few screenshots from an internal video, which is the ones you will see above and on their site.

Of course there’s nothing official yet, but we expect that Samsung will be unveiling the wearable this Wednesday.
