Nissan has today unveiled a pretty amazing looking car, called the Nissan BladeGlider, it features a futuristic design that wouldn’t look out-of-place in Batman’s garage, with a carbon fiber body shaped into a design that any car lover is sure to fall in love with, it features scissor doors with a sci-fi inspired steering wheel that has been placed in the middle of the car, right in front of the driver’s seat.

Surprisingly for a supercar, the BladeGlider also has two passenger seats in the back, as well as a very high eco-friendly rating with in-wheel electric motors that are powered by lithium-ion batteries, and a design that allows the car to actually consume less energy than their Leaf EV.

However the best thing is that the car is more than just a concept car, and Nissan have actually called it an exploratory prototype” that they would like to put into production at some point, until which time the car will be on show at the Tokyo Motor Show in November.
