Microsoft has today announced that the Nokia Lumia 530 smartphone will be available in the UK from September 4th, at which point it will be available from a number of mobile carriers and retailers including O2, Three, EE, Vodafone, Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4 U.

When it does go on sale it will be available from as little as £60, for which you get a smartphone with a 4 inch display that has a 854 x 480 pixels, and a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor.

Alongside that the Nokia Lumia 530 also has 512MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, a microSD card slot that can take up to 128GB of extra storage.

The smartphone also runs on Windows Phone 8.1, and a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera.
