We know it has been a while since we have done one of these, but after Nokia announced not only one but three smartphones that run on the Android OS instead of Windows Phone, we kinda thought we had too.

The smartphones have been named the Nokia X, Nokia X+ and the Nokia XL, all featuring similar specs that change slightly in terms of their display and camera.

It’s also interesting to see that Nokia did not name that the Nokia X or its brothers will be running on Android, but instead called the OS by the name “Nokia X software platform”, which is an obvious play to draw away from the fact that they’re not running on Android.
