Its been a while since we first mentioned the NVIDIA Tegra Note, with a ton of rumors been revealed over the past few months, we were almost certain that the device would soon be revealed, and right we were as NVIDIA has now officially announced the tablet device, revealing its launch in the US for $199.

The tablet won’t be built by NVIDIA themselves and rather by it’s hardware partners, EVGA and PNY, but will include a Tegra 4 chipset featuring a 72 core GPU and quad-core Cortex A15 GPU.

There’s also a 7 inch IPS LCD display that features a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution.

Also included is a five megapixel camera on the back and a VGA camera on the front, there’s also 16GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot for expandability up to 64GB.

There’s also front facing HD audio stereo speakers and a 10 hour battery life.

There’s no information on the tablets availability yet however.
