A short time ago, Microsoft launched their Office Mobile application for Android in the US, and today that application has made its way to the UK, launching for free on the Google Play Store, users will need an Office 365 subscription in order to use the app.

If you do, you can use the app to access, edit and view Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents on the go, as well as accessing any documents stored on SkyDrive, or rather what it will soon be changed to.

These documents can then be attached to e-mails and can even be saved and resumed on another device from where you left the document.

If you want to give it a go, you can download Office Mobile from the Google Play Store today.
