Today Orfos announced the update to their Flare light. Called the Flare Pro, it was launched on Kickstarter today with the aim of keeping runners, cyclists, and hikers safer at night.

It features a very bright light with a durable and lightweight build that can be worn around your waist, rather than your head, the reason for this is because headlamps can sometimes disorientate you when you move.

It can also be attached to a bike if you so choose to with 360 degrees of coverage.

It will be available in two models, one with 32 individual white LEDs and another with 40 red LEDs. The white version can push 950 lumens, while the red version can push up to 400 lumens.
