Apple has today released the fourth beta to their new OS X Yoesmite Developer Preview, which came alongside the release of iOS 8 beta 4 earlier, and comes with a number of new features to their OS for the Mac desktop and laptops.

These new features mainly center around the release of a new version of iTunes, dubbed iTunes 12, it comes with a completely new look that has been streamlined, and redesigned in line with the rest of Mac OS X Yoesmite.

Alongside which iTunes 12 also has new family sharing features.

Developer Preview 4 of OS X Yoesmite also comes with a new redesigned version of the calculator application, as well as new changes to the Dark mode settings.

With these features lining up, we expect that Apple may be getting ready to release the public beta for Mac OS X Yoesmite, which is said to be ready by the end of this month, ahead of when it is expected to be launched to the public sometime this Fall alongside iOS 8.
