As they teased earlier this month, Pebble has just announced the release of a new premium model for its kickstarted smartwatch, dubbed the Pebble Steel, it doesn’t stray too far away from the original Pebble in most areas but does feature a new stainless steel body and a new Gorilla Glass cover from Corning.

In the box you will now receive a metal and a black leather strap, both of which can be changed to a normal stainless steel and a lighter ton of leather respectively.

There’s also a new LED in the corner of the Steel which will show the Pebble’s charging status.
