First posted on the French blog NoWhereElseA bunch of iPhone 5Cs charging have been leaked in a shot that was reportedly taken by an employee at Pegatron’s Shanghai plant, which is known plant currently in use by Apple.

First posted on the employee’s Sina Weibo profile, the employee claims to have joined the company’s quality control department in mid-July, and states that her plant was the one responsible for the Mac Mini, she posted the above image alongside the following caption:

“The low-end iPhone 5C to be launched for Chinese consumers in September doesn’t look much different than the Xiaomi Phone 2, right?” (We know about the spelling error, it’s a quote).

However with these areas being so highly controlled, it’s quite likely this image could either be completely fake or even one of a manufacturer working on a fake version of the iPhone.

We should hear more official stuff on the rumored September 10th iPhone announcement event.
