Sony’s new PS4 has only been out since late November in the UK, but it has already received a price cut, with a reduction of £20, the console now costs £329.97 at GameStop.

For that you get the PS4 in a solo pack, including a both the console and the controller.

This means that the PS4 is now even cheaper than the Xbox One, which is currently priced from £430 in the UK, with Zavvi being the only retailer to cut the price tag, pricing the console at £410.

So far the reduction is only available at GameStop, but it’s likely that we may see it roll out elsewhere too, something that can only increase the huge amounts of sales Sony is receiving for the PS4, a number which is already over that of the Xbox One’s sales numbers.
